Editorial policy & how we research

This page explains how WePartyNow Guides is made and the standards every guide has to meet before it goes live. The short version: each page should be more useful to someone planning a night out than the results already ranking for it, or we don't publish it.

Our standard for a page

A guide passes when it is specific, opinionated and clearly written by someone who understands the scene: named venues and areas, real price ranges, the hours places actually get going, door and dress norms, and honest trade-offs (where locals go versus where tourists end up). Generic, interchangeable filler does not pass.

Research and sourcing

  • Before writing, we build a per-city fact pack: venues confirmed as currently open against their own channels and recent independent coverage, with price ranges in the local currency, typical hours, neighbourhood character and door policies.
  • We actively check for closures. A venue that we cannot confirm is open is not named as a current recommendation.
  • Prices, hours and capacities that we cannot verify are written as ranges or qualifiers, never invented as precise figures.
  • Where it helps the reader, we link out to official venue, transit and tourism sources.

How we use AI

We use research and drafting tools to gather and structure information at scale. Those tools do not get the final say. Every guide is constrained to the verified fact pack and reviewed by our editors before publishing, and we hold pages back rather than ship something we can't stand behind. We don't publish auto-generated text unchecked.

Independence

Recommendations are editorial. We do not accept payment from venues for inclusion or ranking. We earn from advertising and affiliate links, which never influence what we recommend; see our affiliate disclosure.

Updates and corrections

Nightlife changes constantly, so every guide carries a "last updated" date and we revisit the highest-traffic and seasonal pages on a regular cycle. If you spot something wrong, email info@wepartynow.com or use the contact page. We correct confirmed errors promptly and refresh the date on the page when we do.
